Discussion Question:
In the annual meeting of Jabbar Pvt. Ltd all the departments were required to give some suggestions for improving the overall performance of the organization. The suggestion came from Human resource department was to use personality tests at the time of recruitment to get the best person job-fit. The HR manager recommended “Big Five Personality model” for measuring personalities of candidates. This suggestion got high appreciation and acceptance from the top level managers.
Keeping in view the above scenario, do you think “Big Five Personality dimensions” will give the clear picture of employees' future performance?
