In an organization, there are three managers Khalid, Yasir and Zulfiqar heading Finance, Marketing and Administration departments respectively. Employees of Finance department remain tense because they know Mr. Khalid will not spare them without official reprimand for even a minor misconduct. Employees of the marketing department work joyfully without any fear as Mr. Yasir exercises his official power only for the improvement of his department and employees. Employees of Admin department have a lot of respect for their manager, Mr. Zulfiqar because of his vast experience in the field of administration and hold over the matters of his department.
